Order and Delivery information
Welcome to the official online store of the Australian Girls Choir. All uniform items may be purchased here, along with a range of merchandise. Items are usually distributed to choristers at their AGC rehearsal venue within 3-4 weeks of purchase. Items ordered at the beginning of each year will be delivered by the end of Term 1.
Size information
We strongly recommend that choristers view uniform samples at their rehearsal venue before placing an order. This will help to determine the best uniform size for your daughter. Otherwise, please refer to our Size Guide.
Choristers in Piccolo and Vivo will be required to wear their junior@ t-shirt for the duration of their time in junior@. Usually 1-2 years.
We encourage parents of Allegro and Avanti choristers to consider sizing carefully as choristers will be required to be in this uniform for 3-4 years and sizing up is recommended.
How to order your uniform
Products are categorised into ranges based on AGC Levels. Please view the range that applies to your daughter(s), and select the appropriate items. Some items are optional, whilst others are compulsory.
Please note the difference between children (C) and adult (A) sizes.
Select the size and quantity required for each item, and click “Add to Cart”.
Follow the prompts to proceed to the Checkout, or Continue Shopping.
At the secure checkout, you may choose to register an account, or checkout as a guest. If you choose to register an account, your billing address and contact details will be securely stored for future transactions. You may also view your order history and re-order.
Delivery Terms
We do not currently offer shipping to personal addresses. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Due to the quantity of items ordered at the beginning of each year, please expect items by the end of Term 1.
As we are only able to deliver items to current choristers at their rehearsal venues, girls who are on a waiting list will need to wait until they are enrolled in a class before ordering.
If there is a delay in delivering all or part of your order, our Head Office will contact you directly via phone or email.
New choristers should continue to wear casual clothes at rehearsals until uniforms are delivered.

Exchanging an item
If a uniform item has been purchased in the wrong size, you may return it to us to be exchanged, provided that the item:
- Is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered in any way – e.g. washed, hemmed or named
- Is returned in its original packaging
Please return the original item to the Venue Manager at your AGC rehearsal venue. From this date, it will take approximately 3 weeks for the new exchanged item to be distributed. New exchanged items will be distributed to choristers at their AGC rehearsal venue.
Returning/Refunding an item
If an item has been purchased in error, you may return it to us for a full refund, provided that the item:
- Is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered in any way – e.g. washed, hemmed or named
- Is returned in its original packaging
Please return the item to the Venue Manager at your AGC rehearsal venue. All refunds are processed by the end of the month. Once the item has been received in the office and is confirmed to be in original condition, the AGC will process a refund onto the same card you made your original purchase with.

Second hand uniforms
A list of second hand uniforms for sale is available and can be accessed by contacting the office. Parents are welcome to provide us with items to list for sale. The proceeds received from sales of second hand uniforms from our office stock is donated to our charity partner, Girls from Oz (g-oz).
There are two AGC Buy, Swap, Sell pages for second hand uniform on Facebook Marketplace however these are not administered or run by AGC staff.
