Order and Delivery Information

Welcome to the official online store of the Australian Girls Choir. All uniform items may be purchased here, along with a range of merchandise. Items are distributed to choristers at their AGC rehearsal venue within 3 – 4 weeks of purchase. We recommend that choristers try on sample uniforms at their rehearsal venue before placing their order.

How to use this website

Products are categorised into Ranges based on AGC Levels. Please view the Range that applies to your daughter(s), and select the appropriate items – noting that some items are optional, whilst others are compulsory.

Please see the uniform information page for full details on the uniform requirements for each level.

Select the size and quantity required for each item, and click “Add to Basket”.

Follow the prompts to proceed to the Checkout, or Continue Shopping.

At the secure checkout, you may choose to register an account, or checkout as a guest. If you choose to register an account, your billing address and contact details will be securely stored for future transactions. You may also view your order history and and re-order.

We recommend that all choristers try on sample uniforms at their rehearsal venue before placing their order.

Delivery Terms

All items are distributed from our Head Office and delivered to AGC choristers through their rehearsal venue. We do not currently offer shipping to personal addresses. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

As we are only able to deliver items to current choristers at their rehearsal venues, girls who are on a waiting list will need to wait until they are enrolled in a class before ordering.

Items ordered at the beginning of the year (during the first two weeks of classes) will be collated and distributed to rehearsal venues in early March.

If there is a delay in delivering all or part of your order, our Head Office will contact you directly via phone or email.

New choristers should continue to wear casual clothes at rehearsals until uniforms are delivered.

Product Return Terms

If an item is purchased from the AGC shop in error, or in the wrong size, you may return the item to us for exchange or refund.

Exchanging an item

If a uniform item has been purchased in the wrong size, you may return it to us to be exchanged, provided that the item:

  • Is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered in any way – e.g. washed, hemmed or named
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Please return the original item to the Venue Manager at your AGC rehearsal venue. From this date, it will take approximately 3 weeks for the new exchanged item to be distributed. New exchanged items will be distributed to choristers at their AGC rehearsal venue.

Refunding an item

If an item has been purchased in error, you may return it to us for a full refund, provided that the item:

  • Is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered in any way – e.g. washed, hemmed or named
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Please return the item to the Venue Manager at your AGC rehearsal venue. All refunds are processed by the end of the month. Once the item has been received in either the State Office or our Head Office, and is confirmed to be in original condition, the AGC will contact you to organise a refund via electronic funds transfer.

Please note: personalised drink bottles may not be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty.

Second hand uniforms

A list of second hand uniforms for sale will be available from the Venue Manager at your AGC rehearsal venue. This list is updated at the start of each term. Alternatively, please Contact Us for details.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
